When we bought our house there was a large barely working water feature in the front yard. It was a trout pond with a waterfall. It was dangerous to little children because of the way it was constructed. It was smelly, leaking, a huge energy consumer and not in any way an asset. The only good thing about it was that the rocks were impressive. As we interviewed various companies looking for a resolution it was very discouraging.
Not only were they expensive but frankly their work didn’t look natural. Most of them looked like a pile of rocks with water going down it. I grew up in Oregon and I knew what I wanted it to look like but couldn’t seem to find anyone with that same vision. One day as I was researching what we wanted I stumbled across one picture of a water feature. At first I thought it was a mountain stream it looked so real. It was perfect.
Natural and green. It was Jeremy’s company. We now have a darling waterfall with a small stream. It is safe for children, green, natural and inviting to be around and listen to. Jeremy used the natural lay of our yard and capitalized on its assets. Jeremy is very easy to work with, passionate and creative. He gets so excited about the possibilities of what can be done. We have used him several times in our yard for other projects. I can highly recommend him.

Pendleton Landscape did a full make over of our entire property. Jeremy’s eye for what types of trees & where trees should go is spot on. Also his knowledge of what flowers and ground coverage bloom throughout the seasons is what friends and family talk about most when they are enjoying their time in our yard! We have loved working with Jeremy Pendleton! We had seen his creativity in our family and friends yards and wanted our property to have that same beautiful, curb appeal look. We love our home but wanted the landscaping to enhance the beauty of it. However, revitalizing an existing yard (38 years old) was much different than having landscape work done on a new home.
Jeremy took time to consider what we wanted and had great ideas as to possible options. He also incorporated some of our ideas, worked with us on our budget, and then we set out on a plan.
